Juli Standard Leads the Construction of a New Era of Casting | Jiuding Casting Materials Invited to Participate in the Standard Review Seminar Organized by the China Foundry Association

On March 23-25, 2026, the company was invited to participate in standard seminars such as "Technical Specification for Nitrogen Addition Process of Grey Cast Iron" and "Technical Guidelines for the Use of Silicon Carbide in Synthetic Cast Iron" hosted by the China Foundry Association in Yuxi, Yunnan.

The conference was jointly organized by the Cast Iron Working Committee, Machine Tool Branch, and Standards Working Committee of the China Foundry Association and held at Yunnan Taibiao Group. During the conference, a standard review meeting for "Grey Iron Castings for High Precision Metal Cutting Machine Tools" was held simultaneously.

During the meeting, our company actively provided suggestions and recommendations on the two group standards of "Technical Specification for Nitrogen Addition Process of Grey Cast Iron" and "Technical Guidelines for the Use of Silicon Carbide in Synthetic Cast Iron". Combining our own technical accumulation and practical experience, we put forward multiple important opinions and suggestions, providing strong support for the scientific formulation and perfect implementation of the standards. All parties attending the conference will use technical standardization as a lever to promote industry process upgrading and help China's foundry industry move towards high-precision, standardized, and sustainable direction with high quality.

After the meeting, the attending representatives visited the production workshop, 3D printing workshop, smart agriculture base, and intelligent machinery science research institute of Taibiao Group in person, comprehensively observed the innovative layout of the entire industry chain, and conducted in-depth discussions and technical exchanges. The collision of ideas, exchange of experience, and sharing of resources not only deepen industry technological cooperation, but also build practical cooperation bridges for upstream and downstream enterprises, and broaden new space for collaborative development.

The successful conclusion of this seminar is not only an important milestone in standard construction, but also a vivid practice of deep integration of industry, academia, research and application.
